This soft, mid-weight, round neck sweater is made up in a blend of Merino Wool and Kid Mohair. The detailed design is done in collaboration with artist, Lwando Dlamini who works as a visual artists and lives between Cape Town and Johannesburg.
Composition: 80% Merino Wool, 20% Kid Mohair.
The artist
Lwando's artworks are autobiographical, unpacking subject matters surrounding the sensibility and vulnerability of the human body. His personal experiences of violence and trauma has ignited an interest in the mystery of the human body and its ability to resuscitate itself. His piece for FIELDS entitled, Triumph, showcases a group of friends, connected, as they succeed in their journey.
Sustainability
The Merino Wool is Responsible Wool Standard (RWS) certified, whilst the mohair can be traced to its source.
